Small sized Corinthian type skyphos belonging to the Swan Group, decorated in the black-figure technique. It was found in 1957 at the Sanctuary of the Nymphe.

It is decorated with a row of six swans depicted upside down. Oblique short lines complete the decoration that is defined by reddish-black bands. Below the rim there is a horizontal black band and vertical short lines. The vase’s handles are covered with short brushstrokes and the area just above the foot is decorated with rays. The interior of the skyphos is covered with black glaze.
